    • "I'd like that a lot, I'll just ... I'll figure out something to meet you somehow, alright?" It would have to work, whatever it took - he wanted to be there, especially since Richard had no one but his father and the more the merrier, right? Not only that, however, he also was fairly certain that if he wasn't there then, he couldn't be with Richard at any other point, either. Why did he even have to go back, why did he want to go back? It was unfair, Yujin thought so at least, since he wanted to accompany him, yet, he couldn't even do that - he'd just be dead weight and Richard would injure himself because of him, he took note of that - it was a bad idea all around. A sigh escaped from his lips upon the gut-wrenching realization that, if the blonde wasn't going to come back, that would actually be goodbye - and he loathed the sole idea. "I'll make it work, I promise." He would, somehow, but what exactly? They still had some things ahead of them, actually, Yujin just wanted to show Richard a bunch of things, but showing up at his doorway every single day would probably prove to be a bad idea, given that the blonde wasn't always in the mood, either. "Don't say that! It does!" In the end, maybe it wouldn't matter to any outsider, or somebody that didn't care enough for Richard, but Yujin did - a lot more than he ever should have.

"You better be!", he chastised the blonde, albeit just playfully, not seriously. In truth, there was nothing to be glad about in the first place - something as silly as a tradition could kill Richard and he knew that, especially when he took longer than a single day. Maybe Yujin could help him cheat, but that would hurt his pride and probably anger him instead - even when that was the least that the wolf actually wanted to do. Figuring something out that worked for a half-wolf was most likely a pain. "I figured, but you got along just fine, I liked that. Usually, when I come over, it's kind of gloomy, but it wasn't this time around, which was nice as well. He seems friendly enough, not as hard of a nut to crack as you, though. But I'm glad he likes me, too.", the wolf giggled and Richard couldn't even pretend he was wrong - the blonde always tried to keep himself out of anything and Yujin, who didn't want any of that, always roped him into so many things, it was ridiculous that he only fully gave in now ... or had he done that earlier? Fuck, he couldn't remember, but their trip had kind of helped, hadn't it? "Unfortunately we do, but it's just one way to get upstairs, right?" That it was, and it sounded more adventurous than taking the stairs, if not a bit more dangerous, too. His father would probably scream bloody murder if someone did actually ruin the castle, though. "So that's a yes, huh? After you, then.", he chuckled, as he made way for Richard, grabbed his hand and held it for a while instead. Man, he was embarassing when he didn't quite know what to do with himself.
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • "If it doesn't work out, it's not your fault.", Richard replied with somewhat of a very sudden and short smile. He couldn't blame Yujin for being locked up in here and given that he knew him a bit already, it wouldn't surprise him if Yujin simply forgot it was Richards birthday in a week. Richard didn't get his hopes up and it was fine regardless. "You don't have to promise it." Promises shouldn't be given lightly and in this case Richard didn't take it as one. He wanted to believe that Yujin would try, but if he couldnt make it, then he wouldn't hold it against him. Maybe he would hold it against Yujins father, but that was all. "It's just some tradition I didn't even know about. I don't want you to worry about it, that is all.", Richard replied and shrugged his soldiers. What was it that made him suddenly so much more attached to Yujin? Had it been only the trip? But why did he want to do that with him in the first place and when was the last time he genuenly was mad at him? It seemed like forever, yet at the start he did nothing but scream.

"How long were you away?", Richard asked. He couldn't remember if he asked him before, but he knew Yujin brought a fox back home. He also was pretty sure Yujin told him what it meant, but he also forgot that. He was starting to be as bad as Yujin! "It's not only gloomy when you're around. We just don't like talking very much I guess...", Richard answered, but today they talked a lot actually. Thinking about old stories and his dad was nice actually. It was different to when he thought about his siblings. Richards father and his grandparents died normal deaths and that happened, it was fine and it was nice remembering all of them. He just needed more time with his siblings and the things he had seen... the things he didn't do. "So you're not scared of him anymore?", Richard wanted to know. He always found it was very silly. "Are you sure you an make that climb?", Richard asked looking up. He still needed some strength in his arms and legs after all. But for now Richards hand was simply grabbed and held as he was sent up. "Fine...", Richard replied, waited a bit and only then freed his hand to grab the ladder. "Do you want me to pull you up once you reached the rope?", he asked before actually starting to climb. It was not much of a hassle to pull on the rope probably. First he needed to get himself in however and he did. He climbed the ladder, the caught the rope out od the wind and climbed it up too. When he reached the window he crawled inside. Then he stuck his head out again to watch over Yujin.
    • "I'll make it work, just so you wait!" Not that he could work against his father however, and hearing that Richard wouldn't be mad at him if he wasn't, well, could he blame him? No, Yujin just tried his earnest to be someone he wasn't, tried his hardest to get around all of the loopholes he fell through and he also knew that, whatever happened, he couldn't help himself anyway - he had to stick with the things familiar to him, not with what was actually convenient and not with what he could barely call his own idea. "It is one! Just this once." That it was, even if he wasn't sure if he was able to fulfill it - if he weren't, he'd most likely feel sick to his stomach and lost in some sort of abyss, neverending miasma he couldn't free himself from. It was pain to say the least and Yujin knew that Richard was the one that deserved more than something like baseless hope, empty promises or anything of that sort - and yet he wasn't sure if he could offer him anything like that. "I'm not worried, I just want you to feel well, and I want you to know that I'm there for you for as long as you need me, you hear that? Even if I forget stuff, I'm always there for you, whatever you need me or not!" That sounded a lot sadder than he intended it to be, but it was the truth, and another truth was, that he couldn't always be there for the blonde.

"I'm pretty sure that ... uh ..." There it was again, the realization that something he thought he had a grasp on was just gone, completely wiped out, not within his grasp any longer - fuck, he hated that! Whyever that happened to him, he didn't know, but the two days he was out there with Richard, his head had kind of cleared up, hadn't it? Sure, he woke up with a slight headache on the third, but it went away as soon ... as soon as he did what? He couldn't even recall that, damnit! "It was within the first day, probably quite a while, though. It was pretty dark when I finally came home, that's what I remember." And nothing else, it all had just disappeared from his mind. Had he even ruined his clothes with fox blood? No, they were ... just fine, weren't they? Something told him that there just was something completely wrong with the entire situation he tried to recall. "But you do get along better than when I met you first, right?" Yujin didn't know much, but he was fairly convinced he'd never seen the blonde in high spirits around his dad, not up until now and that was somehow, something really nice, especially since the two of them seemed to get along very well for the entire evening. "No, he looks scary, but I think that's just how you'd perceive him on first glance. It's like, meeting the biggest, meanest looking wolf and then it acts a bit like a puppy." An actual wolf, that was, but Nayantai had seemed excited to talk about all of this - and he didn't stop talking, especially not when Yujin added fuel to the fire with more and more questions. This had been silly, but very needed, for all of them. "Yes, I'm very sure." Or was he? Yujin instead watched Richard get in, before he followed suit and he was sure that he should have agreed to be pulled in with the rope, but he managed to get back inside just fine! Once he stood there, however, he did pull on the rope to get it back inside, only to jokingly and losely wrap the end of it around Richards wrists. "See? I got in just fine."
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • Yujin was always so worried about Richard, probably because he was gloomy all the time. He wondered if he'd ever stop that, or if he'd always be there for him as he said. Richard felt bad for leaving almost, but then again, he was sure that he couldn't live with someone that one day maybe just forgot him. Wasn't being forgotten just like dying? It would be as to lose someone again and the one thing Richard didn't want it losing someone. If he never had Yujin however, he wouldn't, that was the whole point. He even wanted to leave Nayantai behind, he wanted him to stay here, because he didn't want him to die just because he felt like he needed to protect his son. He didn't. Richard didn't want to drag him into that, but he did, because he couldn't leave it be either. Yujin wasn't enough to stop his nightmares and the nagging feeling, that his dead brother loomed over him, expecting him to join him very soon. Maybe he relied on Yujin too much already and yet he didn't know how to act around him. Especially not if he asked him a question of his past he couldn't answer and it annoyed Yujin himself. "I'm sorry...", Richard mumbled, but got an answer anyway.

Yujin was better in climbing up than Richard thought. He didn't need his help, not even his hand at the last bit and the first thing he did afterwards was pulling the rope in so nobody would spot it. Well the ladder was still there, but they couldn't do anything about that now. "Yes we do. We talked about... what happened a bit. On Dayans birthday... since then it goes better.", Richard replied slowly and almost silently. He wasn't sure how silent he needed to be in the castle, in this room. After all no one should know he was here, right? "I think he isn't a puppy either though...", Richard scuffed, he almost grinned, but as always he didn't. Instead he looked at his wrists who got caught by the makeshift rope. He didn't try to free himself, but e did look around a bit. It had been a while since he was last here and it was dark right now. The bad actually had curtains, which were closed right now and it probably was the only thing not made of ice here. "You did. You're not that weak after all.", Richard replied, still almost whispering.
    • Could he even truly leave the blonde alone? It seemed as if, if he actually did, he'd just more and more reckless stuff and never what he actually intended to - it was stupid to say the least and Yujin knew that, but he was fairly aware that no matter what he put his mind to, he'd not even realize that he'd become too clingy, too fast, and that all he could do about that was out of his grasp anyway. What would he do if Richard disappeared? Hope for the day of his return? He liked to be optimistic, yes, but what he didn't like was lying to himself, swindling himself into believing that one day, everything would be the same again - just fine again - but his thoughts were running rampant instead. He'd have to make them count, all those shots that consisted of nothing but him admitting that whatever it was that he honest to god tried to make his own weren't as worse as he thought them to be, but maybe he was just wrong about all of that in general. Did Richard even care? "No need to be, it's good to force my brain to remember stuff I'd have buried otherwise anyway.", he admitted, and he knew that. Why, of all things, would he even care if something went awry? It seemed silly, yet, he also was fairly aware that nothing that he actually denied would come to fruition in the first place. Forcing himself to do things was ... good.

"That's good to hear.", he admitted, his trusty little rope still tied around Richards wrist, even though he was only holding it in place and if anything, Richard could just get out of it whenever he had the urge to pull his hands back, but he didn't, which Yujin - admittedly - liked quite a bit. Usually skittish and easy to anger, it felt as if this, right here and right now, was just a good time they were having and there was nothing important going on in the first place, not here, not now, not anytime soon. "No puppy? What then?", he mused instead, but he wasn't quite sure if he wanted to keep talking about the blondes father, instead, he derailed the question. "What even are you, then?", he wanted to know and he was sure that there had to be a suitable, non-scary answer. Maybe Richard was the puppy, lost and stuck in his own dreamworld, but Yujin doubted it - Richard seemed to be more of a cat person anyway, but ... he also seemed more like a kitten with sharp nails to begin with, much more than a lost puppy. "Isn't that good?", Yujin replied, his tone hushed, as he closed the window behind them to lock out the rest of the world and before he leaned closer to Richard, actually pulled on his makeshift rope, just to get him a bit closer and rid himself of the distance between them. If he could, he figured, he'd press him against a wall, but instead, he just gave him a kiss - not as wanton and messy as usual, more of ... the adrestian way, as Richard had called it, didn't he?
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • "Mh... if you say so. Well... do you try to remember our meetings sometimes? The first time? Or anything in between?", Richard asked and he didn't even know why. It would have been kind of nice if Yujin actually remembered and maybe all of what he should remember was actually there, he just didnt find it. Maybe if he dug deep he wouldn't forget Richard yet... wasn't that what he wanted? He looked at those blue eyes, barely lit by anything in here, but they were bright anyway. "I hate you...", he mumbled, but he didn't mean it and it was followed by a sigh and almost a short chuckle. Yujin made him feel better about himself and his situation, he made him forget all the bad things he thought about anytime else without him, but he also made him feel so many things he wanted to keep away. He still climbed up here, had followed him home after breaking him out in the first place. He didn't say now, he gave up doing that, because the first hundred times didn't work at all. He was here now, with Yujin, in his palace, his prison. But the icy walls made him feel unwelcome anyway and he knew that he couldn't stay here, even if he didn't seek death in Adrestia.

"Mh... maybe a... well trained dog...?", Richard answered, not really having an answer and when Yujin asked about Richard himself he didn't know what to say either. He didn't even know what he was if he left away the fun and anecdotes. He was neither hseep, nor was he wolf, what lay in between that? "I don't know...", he answered. Maybe something living all alone? By itself? He couldn't think of anything. "What are you?", he asked. "A fox? Like the one you hunted?" A fox was smaller than a wolf, but it could still survive out here. What else were foxes standing for? Being smart and sly maybe? Yujin didn't seem very sly or cunning. He was more like... a kitten, that stumbled around, still all clumsy and easily persuiaded by anything that moved. "I think you're a kitten. You'd find a butterfly and follow it around for hours until you forgot where you went and how you'd get back home.", Richard finally explained calmly. That sounded just like Yujin. "Hm, I guess it is.", he then answered while he watched Yujin close the window to keep the cold air out and maybe their voices in. Then there was a sudden pull and Richard stumbled a step forward, coming to a hold closer to Yujin than before. Right after, he got a kiss. A soft one. A loving one even and he returned it, softly pushing Yujin one step further back, against the window, just so he merely leaned against it.
    • "Often enough, but the further it gets away, the blurrier the details become. I can't get you out of my head anyway." That he couldn't, but there were many things that found no place in his head either way and Yujin knew that, without much of a doubt, he was still trying his earnest to be someone he couldn't be for Richard - no matter what he'd do from here on out, he was stuck in a perpetual limbo of always trying the same, of always urging himself to keep track of things, but ... it was silly, wasn't it. "Are you sure? Whenever I touch you the right way, that sounds quite different.", Yujin chuckled, but he knew that he was merely teasing Richard right now - they were in love, yet neither of them spoke it aloud, didn't dare to, almost as if they were going to be touching hot iron with bare hands and would soon realize that no matter what, they were indirectly dooming themselves by admitting to their feelings and speaking things aloud that were, if anything, better not even talked about. It was silly, if not painful, to say the least and he was, albeit fairly sure of what he knew, quite lost in his own miasma as well. What else was there worth hoping for. "You don't know? You seem like a feral cat, all skittish and angry on the outside, but loving and sweet on the inside." Was he a cat, though? Maybe, but his shadow was larger, loomed over him, only to reveal that he actually wasn't all that bad.

"A fox? No, I'm not quite as good as lying as folklore tells they are." And that they were - masters of deceit, actually - but Yujin was none of that, actually. His father, on the other hand, probably fit the bill much better than Yujin ever would and he found that Richard wasn't wrong, not even slightly. "A kitten? That sure is one way to look at it." Was he one, though? Probably, much like a kitten, he was never far from his parents either and whenever he got too far away, got lost, he felt like the world was going to come crashing down on him and he was doomed to die, freeze to death alone, while he was perfectly fine in theory. It was a pain, but Richard was right with his guess and even so, Yujin wouldn't quite want to admit it. "Good thing I found someone to bring me back home and keep me company, then.", he retaliated, not that it was much of a counter-argument in the first place, but it was something to begin with. Silence was all there was soon after, aside from the fact that Richard kissed him back and once he found himself ever so slightly shoved, he gasped in surprise as he found the window at his back. How mean of Richard, wasn't it? Yujin wanted more, yet didn't kiss back and he finally let go of the rope he'd held onto as well. He grabbed the hem of one of Richards layers, or maybe two, and pulled him closer, not forcibly, but close enough to find warm breath hitting him soon enough. "Maybe I was wrong about you being a feral cat, you seem more like a starving wolf at times.", he whispered into the blondes ear. They could hide from the world for now, especially if the blonde wanted it, but he was fairly sure there were other things they could do as well.
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • That Yujin couldn't get Richar dout of his head was very obvious. He always came back, always wanted to do something with him. He probably waited for the next occasion to meet him whenever they parted ways. But even Richard found himself thinking of the wolf more often than not. Sometimes when he lay in bed and was trying to not think of his siblings, the next best thing that came to mind was Yujin and how he would go about making him think of something else. He still had his coat, in his bad actually, amonsgt heaps of fur and he didn't even know why. It was stupid to question if he took it with him to Adrestia, but why would he? When he elft this was over, there was nothing to get around that. "That has nothing to do with my feelings for you...", Richard replied slightly grumbling. People were able to have sex without liking each other after all, that was a weak argument. However... Yujin made a lot of things easier for Richard, but he also made a lot of things so much harder. "You don't even know how a ferral cat looks like.", Richard pointed out. After all Yujin told me no one out here had the need for a pet, especially not a cat. But maybe he was right, he hissed at anyone that came too close, but once he was patted, he noticed that it was actually fine. But only when he wanted to be petted.

"I think in that story I'm more like the butterfly.", Richard answered. Stealing Yujins attention from anyone else and leading him towards who knew what, ending him up in the wild, or imprisoned. Both of those options weren't any good. Even now, when Yujin should actually be alone in his prison cell and probably sleep. Instead he was out and now had a visitor. A visitor he kissed. The kissing stopped however and Richard wondered if he was too rash by slightly shoving Yujin backwards. The prince let go of the rope, freeing Richard in the process and he knew exactly where he wanted to place his hands. Richard was pulled even closer first though and he used oned hand to hold himself up. He pressed it against he glass of the window behind Yujin, getting goosebumps from feeling his warm breath on his ear. Since he was already here, he leaned forward a bit to kiss Yujins neck. "I'm not... although you ate my second portion today...", he mumbled in between a few kisses. Then he put his other hand on Yujins hip to make it easier for him to hop onto the window sill. "Is this too cold?", he asked right thereafter. After all it was made of solid ice and even Richards hand froze a little while touching the window itself.
    • It was hard to do anything much when he spend most of his time just trying to remember Richard, much like how he was trying to figure out what to do with his feelings for the blonde, which, at some point, had felt more than borderline sinful. There wasn't much he could do, much like there weren't many things for him to figure out in the first place, but Yujin always got by many things and with many things, he oddly just meant the blonde himself - sometimes, he was hard to read and yet, at other times, the wolf seemingly had figured him out before he knew what he wanted himself. Given, it was odd to even think about it and consider there circumstances, but even worse, he couldn't help himself and only figured that, no matter what it was that gave him a plethora of ideas, many headaches alike and quite a few questions he couldn't answer, he also realized that - no matter what he tried - he'd find himself swallowed whole, not only by Richard but the world around him, especially when the blonde wasn't going to do it first and foremost. "I know. And also, you don't even hate me. It's more appropriate to tell you that, I love you, too.", he chuckled instead and while that did seem like a forlorn love confession, Yujin was sure that he'd done something akin to that plenty of times and it didn't even matter that he did, right now, or anythime ever again. "Much like I don't know what a pomegranate looks like, at least you think that."

But did he know what a feral cat was? No, given, his father had one, but it wasn't feral to begin with - though, Richard acted just like any feral animal would and could and maybe that was why he was so hellbent on declaring him one, especially since he rarely accepted pats from anyone and if he did, he sometimes did bite the hand that fed him. "That is ... true. Losing myself in you is easy, easier than it should be, but I don't mind." Damnit, Yujin had fallen head over heels for Richard, which was something he didn't realize just now and he was fairly convinced that, whatever it was that would plague him after the fact, it wouldn't be the first or the last thing to do so. Often enough, it only needed a bunch of silly little things to distract him, and Richards whole existence was - albeit not silly - enough to do that for him. The kisses felt good, so good that - for just a moment - he shivered in anticipation, something that he'd wanted for a while now, without even considering it seriously, and Yujin was painfully sure that it would be outrageously hard to turn Richard down, not that he wanted to do that to begin with. "So, you're suggesting I stand in for that?", he crooned instead, knowing that it definitely had to be something along those lines - and how hard could it be, really? The wolf found his way back onto the window sill, someplace he rarely was even at, but it wasn't too bad, he liked it - he liked it when Richard was demanding of him, as well. "No, it's just fine.", he mumbled, as he let go of Richards clothing - he found himself trapped against a window, with no idea where to put his hands, but he pressed his face against the arm that the blonde had pressed against the window just earlier, nuzzling up to it. "I can't believe the big bad wolf cares about what his dinner feels like."
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • Richard continued kissing Yujins neck, but he didn't think the Silessian prince would let his mouth run loose like that and for a view moment Richard stopped. He had the urge to flee, or push Yujin away, even though that would only work out the window right now and that wasn't something he wanted to do in the end. Yet he was almost scared of those words. "I never said I loved you...", he eventually answered before slowly leaning forward again, continuing to kiss Yujins soft skin. He couldn't allow himself to fall in love for multiple reasons. It was unfair to his dead siblings who couldn't experience something like that ever. Also, he couldn't attach himself to Yujin like that, because he still had to leave and it would nly make it harder, it would only make him lose someone again, even though Yujin wouldn't end up the one being dead. And Yujin himself had a girlfriend he was supposed to marry and he didn't even dump her, although he said he didn't like her. There were so many reasons not to. "I'm pretty sure we agreed to not do something like that..." Falling in love that was. He couldn't.

"Maybe you know how it looks from a book, but I'm sure you never tasted one.", Richard replied and actually he rather talked about something else. He didn't want this evening to end already, just because Yujin said something Richard wasn't ready to hear, let alone give back. "Because the kitten only thinks about the next few minutes...", Richard answered. And that was fine, as long as his mouth didn't run wild. "I'm just saying... I probably have other plans than you think though...", he answered, stopped the kisses and looked at Yujin after some more kisses and after Yujin nuzzled closer too. "I don't want my dinner to freeze, but considering what I actually wanted to do, this sounds a little bit too on the nose...", Richard mumbled, then looked down somewhat puzzled. There was so much clothing there. Yet he still let himself on his knees slowly, while also trying to find a way through all that fabric. "I still owe you.", he said from down below. His fingers found some skin, Yujins leg and he carassed it softly. "If that's fine with you... I still hate owing anyone anything."
    • That's what he got for being an idiot - Yujin should have seen it coming, yet, he ignored it in favor of fulfilling his own, quite selfish desires of confessing to Richard, which meant the blonde wouldn't even want to hear it. Could he wolf blame him? Not in the slightest, they probably had agreed on not falling for each other, or at least not outright stating they had, to keep it as loveless as physically and emotionally possible - he'd fucked up by taking a chance he never should have taken and he was fairly convinced that Richard hated him now, more than anything. For crying out loud, he was the one that felt like tearing up for a second when the blonde stopped and just running his mouth once more, apologizing for the nonsense he'd just babbled and getting the blonde out of the door - and still, that was just plain rude, which was why he didn't do it and sat there in silence, alongside the blonde, who wasn't even sure what he was supposed to do right now. "Sorry, I'll zip my mouth. I just wanted to tease you.", he quickly lied, not knowing if that made it any better, but he'd have liked a hug and some sort of reassurance that this would get better from here on out - it felt like a fever dream if he only thought about it, no way in hell this would become reality.

"Are you? I raise you a counter-argument: I'm sure you've never tasted one, either.", Yujin teased, this time for real, and while he couldn't quite tell, he wasn't sure if pomegranates even grew in adrestian lands - weren't the more of a fruit from the southlands? Who knew, he didn't, but he was sure to have read about it at some point and thrian myths like to talk about it like some sort of holy thing, too. "Not like a hungry wolf is much better." And that he wasn't, but the two of them were kind of a match made in hell, Yujin had noticed that a while ago, all the while he kept noticing it over and over again, but that was very much it. "What do you think that I think, then?" While the wolf had plenty of things in mine, he wasn't exactly thinking he'd be eaten alive, or fucked against the window - Richard could have chosen a more comfortable position for that, since this one would have just meant he had to hold his own and Yujins weight at some point, which made no sense. "And yet it isn't false, huh?", the wolf teased once more. He didn't mind, after all, Richard had complained about not being able to be on the receiving end when it came to softer things and Yujin, of all people, wouldn't force him to - in fact, he quite liked it like this. A shiver ran all the way from his leg up to his spine as soon as the blonde had exposed parts of him and he was touching him - this was more than fine, really. "You may repay you debt, unless you want to keep accumulating more. I wouldn't mind that." Yujin would forget, but it was good that the blonde was at least honest about one thing. Still, he felt like being selfish tonight. "One more thing, though. Your kitten demands more kisses."

    • "Don't worry about it. It's already forgotten.", Richard answered slowly. There was no use dwelling over it and if he was honest, he knew as much. At least Yujin felt something that he believed to be love, when they had their last fight that had been quite obvious too, besides the fact that he didn't want to share the blonde with anyone. Richard didn't forget it, he more like ignored it, because he believed that it didn't matter anyway. He'd be gone at some point and Yujin would find someone else to love. "I did. In Olette, even though we weren't there very often, because Nayantai hated it. But they have fruits that usually grow in the south and if they haven't themselves they trade it.", Richard answered and looked at Yujin. He probably couldn't imagine how lively Olette was and how big their harbor seemed to be. "I'm sure visiting there would baffle you, but I don't like Olettes lords either..." Not like was an understatement. He was pretty sure that they were the ones killing his siblings. Who else would it have been? He knew he just had to start his search for their killers there.

"I don't even want anything for myself.", Richard replied and during all that time he was still whispering so no one would hear he was here. He didn't know who might come by or who might be next door and he rather didn't take any chances. "Well I think you thought I'd take you right here.", Richard answered and it wasn't a bad idea either, but no. He probably wasn't drunk enough for something rash like that and it probably grew too cold for either of them too. Yet he could imagine Yujin pressed against the window, seeking out the frame for support. "I just want to repay my debt.", Richard disagreed. Yujin didn't have to pay him back for any food he got, Richard still owed debt for losing a bet. He didn't forget it even though Yujin may have. Richard started to dig his way through layers and layers of clothes, undressing Yujin just enough so he'd be able to reach his skin, not more. He could keep the rest of his clothes on while Richard probably drowned in the rest. Yujin wanted more kisses and thus Richard started to kiss the skin on his legs, from his knee and over his thigh, while he removed his boots, still on his knees. "Like that...?", he asked, setting one of them aside to care about Yujins second boot on the other side, where he kissed him too.
    • Not that he could say anything about it, but was it really forgotten? It seemed almost superficial to Yujin to pretend there was nothing going on, when, after all, there were plenty of things that were happening right here and now, just showcased that they were - without a doubt - akin to the love that the blonde denied himself and subsequently, both of them. Odd was just one of many words to describe the two of them, their wrongdoings and the shenanigans they always seemed up to, but the closer they came to something Yujin would like to call mutual understanding, the harder it apparently was for Richard to forcibly push him away and keep him at more than an arms length. “Sounds interesting, but still, it’s not like I’ll ever see it. Maybe the next time you eat a pomegranate, just think of me.”, the wolf chuckled, as if that was any help with their current situation. He knew for a fact that Richard wasn’t going to get him out of his head, and therefore, he just kept pouring salt into an open, festering wound that he wasn’t even supposed to see to begin with. His life was quite the lonely one, if anything, and he had to admit that the blonde brought unimaginable joy to him, something he rarely found in this vast, cold wasteland of nothingness - something he’d much rather obsess over than anything else he ever had heard before.

“Well, you don’t even want me for yourself. I guess that’s one truth about you.”, he admitted and while he understood that feelings, especially things akin to love, were - if anything - in Richards way of whatever it was that he wanted to do once he got back home, Yujin couldn’t help but think it was unfair. Maybe he overreacted, given the nature of his memory and the furthered understanding that he, of all, was the best for anyone that wanted something quick yet loving, and that this was somewhat of a burden - albeit self-inflicted - that only he could bear. What a pain. “Maybe I did, maybe I wouldn’t have minded that.” It would have been mindless enough for both of them to get the hang of it, but as things stood, even tea laced with alcohol wasn’t enough to do something to them, or cloud their understanding of what the world was more than necessary. They were still sober, at least Yujin felt that way and he was sure that, if Richard hadn’t been so eager to force him to stay where he was, he could have made his way over to the bed, too. “I have nothing against that, especially since I enjoy this quite a bit.”, he mused, and he was just happy that Richard complied to his silly little requests. Yujin couldn’t be happier, at least he thought so, even when that wasn’t necessarily the truth. Whatever was it that he could give the blonde for his birthday, though? A shiver ran down his spine and pulled him out of his thoughts, back into reality, as it showed him that the blonde was still there, doing his earnest to grab the wolves attention and subsequently, fulfill all that he asked for. Every kiss felt like it tingled for a short while, then burned, but it wasn’t a bad feeling - it was nice, warm even. “Just like that.”, he assured, as he leaned forward ever so slightly to pat Richards head just a bit - he had no need to pull on his hair, or have a grip on it - this wasn’t that kind of situation.

    • Richard wasn't sure if he ever ate one again, after all he wasn't going to have a vacation in Adrestia or Olette, he had business to attend there. But he didn't tell Yujin, he just nodded with a hint of a smile. It felt seemingly easier to smile a fake smile, one that only served to reassure Yujin and nothing more. He didn't want him to ask questions or worry and he definitely didn't want him to hold him back too. He just wanted to enjoy those last weeks he gave all of this and he wanted Yujin to enjoy it too. He wouldn't tell him when he left, he wouldn't say goodbye and Yujin probably hated him for that, but only for a while. Afterwards Yujin would forget him anyway and all who remembered him did know nothing about him. Just that he was a blonde half breed that was here for a while. "I want piece and quiet for myself often enough...", Richard mumbled, derailing this conversation from the topic of love and relationships. He told Yujin that he wasn't the right person for him and that he couldn't commit to something like that. Maybe Yujin thought he could keep Richard here if he made it comfortable enough, but that wouldn't work out.

"I'm sure you wouldn't have.", Richard answered and with all that fabric everywhere it was hard to even look up at Yujin. But he got rid of his boots and he exposed the important parts of his body, even though he was still more clothed than not and Richard simply fove right into it, being buried under fabric himself a little bit. His hands were probably ice cold, but he didn't think of that when he softly caressed Yujins skin before warming it up again with another kiss or a soft bite, working his way up his leg, from ankle to the inner side of his thigh. The air felt almost electric but the situation was calm and it made Richards stomach tingle. "As long as you can keep it down?", Richard softly answered, after all they still didn't want anyone to know Richard was here, right? For now he took it very slow though and there probably was no need to scream or shout anyway. Once Richards path of kisses reached the upmost spot he stopped and instead gave Yujins other leg the same treatment and attention, all the while he felt Yujins hand on his head. Once that was done too, he softly lifted at least one of Yujins legs up and put it over his shoulder, so it wouldn't be hard for him to keep sitting on the window sil and he also didn't need his feet on the ground to hold himself up. He kissed his inner thigh some more, he wanted Yujin to enjoy himself and to anticipate what was to come, before he actually started to wrap his lips around him.
    • Was Adrestia worth dreaming about? Yujin wasn’t sure on that one, and he was much less convinced that, whatever he did would amount to anything. Surely, there had to be a line that he drew somewhere and obviously, he couldn’t keep hiding away from the obvious truth that was all those things that he didn’t quite want to admit, but there were things worse than the ones he knew - worse than death, worse than the obvious pain he found himself in, especially whenever he thought his heart to be aching for something so different from the usual. Was Richard that different thing, that break from reality, or was it just all in his head anyway? Yujin couldn’t quite tell, as much as he wasn’t sure what to do with himself in the first place - hope was rarely anything he ever was supposed to take for granted, yet, he still somehow had faith that the blonde would maybe stay here, especially if the wolf chained himself to him for well-known reasons, but even that hardly seemed to have an effect on any of them. “Sorry for not being able to give you that.”, he grimaced, but he wasn’t even all that sorry about it - Richard wanted attention often enough, too, and while he knew that the many odd things he attempted to keep it that way were hardly worth it, he also was sure that, deep down, the fallen prince just needed a shoulder to lean on.

“You know me just a bit too well, huh?” That he did and Yujin wasn’t even sure if anyone else would - still, he hardly knew much about Richard, not that he hadn’t told him, but he just couldn’t quite recall. It was pain in some way, and in other ways, maybe the blonde was very glad he forgot and could just vent all of his frustrations on some silly kitten that didn’t know what had happened the day before soon after. “I’m sure I can.”, he tried to convince both himself and Richard, his voice low and his lips pressed together soon after - there weren’t many things he recalled, not only in regards to Richard, but if he knew anything, it’d be that the blonde was exceptionally good at making him feel loved, cherished, anything of that sort. Maybe even just thinking about it tugged at Yujins heartstrings and sent him into a downward spiral, face first into his certain doom, but whatever the case, he couldn’t quite help it. The kisses, some more short-lived than others, some way more extensive and followed up by much more vigor, many more teeth, than before, felt as if they were capable of soon setting his entire body on fire. Not, that Yujin wanted it like that, but apparently he deserved it, especially when Richard left seemingly no spot uncovered and took his sweet, painfully sweet, time. The wolf didn’t dare voice anything, aside from a short and muffled yelp when he found that the half-sheep raised his leg, instead he kept his mouth glued shut, for quite a while - but shutting up and enjoying things had never been Yujins forte. “Normally I’d call you a tease, but … I don’t know if I even deserve you.” Richard was gentle and loving, but he didn’t like to admit that - and even Yujin knew that, no matter what, he’d not help any of them.

    • "You loudmouthed brat...", Richard joked with a short scuff from his downward position. Richard probably wasn't able to have Yujin around every single day, but occasionally was just fine and they both knew that. Yujin didn't even try to come by every other day, he simply came whenever he felt like it, or maybe whenever he felt like Richard had charged enough energy to bear with him for a view hours. Richard told him that that was all he could give and he hoped Yujin understood, even though soon enough there won't be no time together at all anymore. But first there was the becoming of age ritual and then there was the firework. It was at least two more weeks and then he still had to make Nayantai let him go, which wasn't guaranteed either. Maybe if the ritual went well that was enough? It probably dependent on what he caught and he wasn't sure how that even worked. Did people search for something suitable until they thought that animal should belong to them, or should he simply hunt the first thing he saw? He didn't want to bring back something stupid like those fat little birds though... They were way too easy prey.

"Not at all.", Richard answered, not sure if he could even know Yujin well after the little time they spent together. Sure there were some things he knew much about, but there sure were topics they never discussed too. Richard wondered if Yujin was able to shut up though, usually they both were pretty loud but this time, maybe they should tone it down and for now Yujin just enjoyed silently. There was just a little yelp when Richard lifted up Yujins leg and if someone was asking him, he wouldn't mind the other one wrapped around him either. He was able to support Yujin enough so he wouldn't slip off the edge of the window sill. He wondered if Yujin was cold, but probably not and Richard had it warm so close to Yujins skin, between his legs and fabric all around him. Maybe his knees grew a little cold, but he didn't mind that at all. Richard looked up, stopping his treatment and raised an eyebrow. "Do you really want me to answer you?", he asked. After all that meant he couldn't use his mouth otherwise and that was mostly Yujins loss. He buried his head between Yujins legs again, kiss his thighs some more and then moved onward to taking Yujin in slowly. He seemed might excited already anyway and this time he didn't want to tease Yujin to hell and back, no he wanted him to feel good and to get exactly the tempo and intensity that he wanted.
    • "Do you want to shut me up, then?", the wolf suggested, knowingly, and in truth, he wouldn't mind. Richard was by far the best person he knew, not only from a sexual standpoint, but also because he often enough seemed to be fun to tease. Still, that wasn't what Yujin was out to do tonight - he'd already gotten his hands onto him, just for tonight, and he'd already spend enough time with him, loving and cherishing all that he was, so it only served him right to be at the receiving end this time, even when he least anticipated it. Was this all there was, though? The wolf doubted it somewhat and even if he had to admit that he couldn't always stick to the things he was used to, the wind of change that Richard brought with him was nice as well - it was something different, if only for the current moment and Yujin was fairly sure that, no matter what it was that he did, he only stuck around for so long because it had been the right thing. Yet, there was no way for the wolf to make him comfortable enough to stay where he was, to keep him with him and away from home - essentially, Richard wasn't even stuck here and Yujin wasn't sure if he should be more sad or mad about believing that there was something like love in the first place. But ... Richard loved him, somehow, right?

"No?", Yujin whispered, kind of surprised. He wasn't hard to read, at least he didn't think so - he was quite ... easy, in fact, and even if his opinions changed every now and then, nothing was quite as bad as hearing that, maybe, he wasn't even who he believed himself to be. Did that hurt? He had no time to think about that, not when Richard was trying to make him feel quite good to begin with and kept him in check, even when he tried to just inch away from all the warmth and kisses he received - he sad on an icy wall, back pressed against a cold window - and Richard was between his legs, he wasn't going to get away from him and telling him that he didn't want this anymore, that his heart wasn't pounding against his ribcage in anticipation, would be a straight up lie! "N-no, just let me talk a bit of nonsense.", he admitted, even though he wasn't sure if he couldn't have much prefered an answer instead of silence. The only thing he really was hearing were the little noises that Richard was making while getting closer and closer, and his own, almost silent whimpers whenever the blonde found a new spot - and it got even worse when he actually got to it. Yujin tensed up for a second, air got stuck in his lungs and he was sure he had nothing to hold onto for real - all he could do was wrap his second leg around the blonde and hide him, mostly behind a bunch of fabric that losely dangled from his body. His own hands searched for support from his own clothes and a relieved sigh escaped his lips. "Keep going ...", he murmured, almost as if Richard was going to stop if he didn't, but he very much would like that!

    • Richard didn't answer anymore, the only way to truly shut Yujin up was continuing what he was doing right now. Telling him off had never worked, so why try? Besides, Richard was occupied right now. He wondered how he got in this situation though and why he enjoyed something like this when he never wanted anyone close to him ever again. Maybe it was fine, because out here in Silesse there was not much harm waiting for Yujin, especially or maybe as long as his father wanted him to live and that he did obsessively as it seemed. Richard wanted to believe that he was save here and that he could leave without anything happening to him. Richard would die in Adrestia and Yujin would die in Silesse somewhen way later when he was old. He would probably have kids, he seemed like someone having kids, lots of them. And maybe he actually found someone to marry he loved, or maybe he fell in love with Yin over their children, who knew? It was none of Richards business, he just needed to know that Yujin would live his life here and that he would continue to.

Yujin seemed to inch back, maybe to get a saver position on the window sill, without slipping down. Richard kept his silence, he needed his lips and tongue for something else but talk and Yujin could spout more nonsense if he wanted. Would he say something silly, maybe Richard would just pinch or bite him as an answer, but he didn't intend to say a word. He made a sound like an approving grunt however to make Yujin know that he could continue talking if he really wanted to. There was silence though, it never had been this silent when they did something like that, had it? There was some whimpering from Yujin but no one would be able to hear that and besides those noises there just was some rustle coming from the fabric and the noises Richard made while kissing Yujin or later, doing more actually. Yujin seemed not prepared and Richard soon enough felt some more weight on his shoulders as Yujins other leg was being wrapped around him too. There was fabric coming with it too, but with Yujins legs all around him, Richard didn't feel cold anyway and even if he did, he wouldn't care right now. Instead he took note of Yujins hurt leg and made sure, that he supported it well enough, so it wouldn't start hurting. His mouth was continuing its work, while one arm wrapped itself a little around Yujins upper thigh, securing his leg in its position. The other hand was used to support Richard himself, occasionally holding onto the wall, the floor, some fabric, or Yujins hip. The blonde didn't intend to stop. He took it slow, but not teasingly slow, he just wanted Yujin to enjoy this a while longer. He took his time, but in turn he tested his own limits, taking as much of Yujin in as he could time and time again. He pressed his lips together and when he pulled back let his tongue dance around him as long as it didn't need to make room again for Yujin himself.
    • What else could he want? Yujin struggled to think of anything else he might have potentially wanted, couldn't even make out what it was that maybe incited him to seek out somebody else after Richard was gone - he wanted these to be happy thoughts, he wanted himself to be happy, as much as he wanted Richard to be happy, but as things were right now, none of this was going to happen and nothing else would come for them - one day, the blonde would be gone, maybe in a puff of smoke, maybe in just a natural way, but alas, whatever happened, he'd not be in a tangible form anymore. For crying out loud, Yujin didn't want that, he had no idea what to do with himself and with this situation, but he'd come to accept that it was hardly worth anything - that he hardly could put his feelings aside and decide that, no matter what it was that he did, it wasn't quite worth it just yet. Instead, Richard seemed to be eager to care for him, to take care of him and he also seemed like he enjoyed his presence, very much at that, it only for the time being. Why was it like this? Had he asked for this before, or was it all just happening now? Yujin knew no suitable answer for why the world came crushing down on him, but that was, in fact, nothing his thoughts should be occupied by - Richard would come back, eventually, somehow. Right? "That's just unfair."

What was he even worrying about? In the end, he was thinking too fast, too far and it all came boiling down to the fact that he - once more - didn't know if he should cry or not. There barely was anything that happened the last few months and the wind wouldn't whisk Richard away overnight, Yujin believed he had the decency to just say his goodbyes when they were due, but he most certainly hoped that wouldn't be until late into the next year, or maybe never. Still, that didn't matter much, not when he had the man of his literal dreams - even if that sounded a bit uncanny - between his legs, feeling him up, making him feel exceptionally and the truth was, he enjoyed every little bit of it, he liked it as much as anyone would, but this was special instead. Every little thing that Richard did was enough to stir up a reaction in Yujin, one he begrudgingly held back and it made him feel good, good enough to search for support elsewhere for a second, only to not find it and even worse, his legs pulled Richard in just ever so slightly more with every move the blonde made - Yujin didn't know if he had space to breathe, but he hoped for him to, lest he'd be the only one enjoying all of those soft touches in the first place. "It really ... is ... you really are ...", he huffed. It was enough to make him feel like burning, to make warmth spread all over him from any spot Richard touched, whatever it was his lips, his tongue, or his hands and the wolf didn't want to rush anything, despite the growing urge to just grab a fistful of hair and force his fellow wolf to do his bidding - Yujin didn't want that, he felt content with what he had, especially as he started panting and wasn't so sure where to look for support anymore. "You're ... really ... testing me ... today."
Looking back, it maybe is like the toy carts you rode when you were a kid. But those toy carts could never go beyond the walls of the lawn. We want to follow the rugged concrete road beyond the wall. As we've grown, we've decided to leave behind the toy cart.
    • Richard made somewhat of an questioning noise. What was unfair? He didn't know what Yujin was talking about. Maybe his butt started to get cold because of that ice, or he felt like he wanted to do something too. Maybe he rather lay in bed or maybe he wanted to do something else entirely, who knew? Richard didn't stop though, because he wasn't told to. Instead he gifted Yujin every bit of his attention and care. Richard would have never thought he would care for someone like that ever again, or ever in general. Of course he did have some adventures in Adrestia, but after one date he barely saw those girls again. He never truly had a girlfriend or someone akin to that and he never wanted to make someone feel good as much as he did today. Yujin seemed like he needed it, after being locked up for a weak, feeling like it was multiple more, with no one to keep him company and while also refusing to speak with his parents. He probably needed the talking, the tea and some fun and now he needed some more, some love and attention and Richard was willing to give it.

The grip around Richard grew tighter, but he didn't mind that, even when he was pushed closer, unexpectedly at that. He stopped for a moment though, to get accustomed to how much Yujin filled him out, but he continued right after, even though it wasn't possible anymore to let go completely like this. Yujin had locked him in this position and that probably not even on purpose. Either way, Richard didn't complain, instead he diligently continued and he'd do whatever Yujin wanted of him in this situation. He still supported Yujins hurt leg, but Richards other hand was free to roam and occasionally scratch over some skin, though he used it to cushion the impact whenever Yujin twitched and pulled Richard in even more, only to give way anyway, slowly inching as close as Yujin wanted to. Maybe letting go completely wasn't any good anyway, after all Yujin was soaked and exposing him to the cold air was maybe not that nice of a feeling. But actually Yujin seemed to be pretty hot anytime anyway and Richard wondered for a second if he would melt away parts of the window sill he sat on. The only liquid Richard could make out though was the one dripping from his mouth, since he wasn't able to swallow it down anymore, not with his mouth being occupied all the time. Was he testing Yujin? Not really, he didn't intend to, he just wanted this to feel good, maybe even rememberable for Yujin. Maybe Richard wanted to leave a good impression for once and thus he truly gave it his all. he wasn't sure if he should move faster though, or if this pace was fine, some guidance by voice or Yujins hands, or maybe even his legs or hips wouldn't have hurt either, but like this, Richard simply tested the waters to see how he could coax the best reactions out of Yujin.
