Marcus smiled. Logan had some answers to deliver and Dylan wouldn't let go of it.
"No. He was one of the people with the guns and everything. The thing is: He was pretty good at his job."
"So you were bad?"
"No. I was alone at my job and didn't wear as much armor as this guy."
Marcus pointed towards Logan.
"There is a big difference between police work and being a soldier. It's really complicated, actually."
Marcus brought another plate of Pancakes over for Logan.
"War is not fun, though. Logan got lucky. Many people don't have that."
He put a kiss on Logans head, then went over to Dylan, to do the same, before going back upstairs for his shower.
